Welcome to Meditate and Create!

At Meditate and Create, we foster a safe, warm environment that allows children and adults to explore meditation and mindfulness along with their own personal creativity.  

During each session we practice the subtle art of noticing and observing. We learn to do this within ourselves by incorporating nature, and various types of meditation practices.   

 

As we navigate our inner and outer landscape, we create more balance for ourselves, our families, friends, children and people we come into contact with every day.

Danielle Green

Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and local artist

My name is Danielle Green, I am a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and local artist
bringing classes to schools, community groups, businesses, sports teams and individuals. I have worked with adults and children in various settings for more than 25 years. Together we have achieved personal and professional goals. Including parent and individual support for kids with who struggle with focus and concentration.
